In this difficult time of international crisis and uncertainty caused by Covid-19 the need to be nurtured, strengthened and guided by a close relationship with God has never been more vital. Taking time to draw near to God and receive his life-giving Word helps Interserve workers sustain, grow or reorientate their ministries which all contribute to our purpose of making Jesus known among the peoples of Asia and the Arab world. By creating space, giving guidance and support, and inviting busy workers to draw away from the pressures of everyday life for a few hours, online retreats help workers flourish in the calling God has given them.

Facilitating the retreats by trained spiritual directors takes much preparation and discernment. By offering the retreats online, we can reach workers around the world including those under lockdown conditions. We have set a target of $4000 by Christmas, which will enable us to offer 10 retreats at no cost to participants.
