Campaign has ended

Our team is Katherine, Chris, Allan, Ian and Esther. Along with our various recruited family members, we are collecting 1000 pieces of rubbish in our neighbourhoods between now and Christmas. We are also aiming to raise $1000 to support Interserve’s work restoring healthy environments in partnership with vulnerable communities of Asia and the Arab world.

Please sponsor us! Just as every piece of rubbish we collect helps clean up our world, every donation makes a difference!

Interserve workers in Asia and the Arab World are caring for nature and people, motivated by God’s love for all.

“We are faced with a crisis that is pressing, urgent, and that must be resolved in our generation. Many of the world’s poorest people, ecosystems, and species of flora and fauna are being devastated … (by) … climate change, deforestation, biodiversity loss, water stress, and pollution. … Love for God, our neighbours and the wider creation, as well as our passion for justice, compel us to urgent ecological responsibility”. – The Lausanne Commitment.

As agronomists, engineers, public health experts and business people Interserve workers are involved in:

  • sustainable farming,
  • secure food production,
  • snakebite research,
  • solar technologies, plastic recycling and more.

All the funds we raise will support this work. Thank you for helping us!

Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible.
